Amateur Football League Tournament: Shotguns vs. Gas

It was time for a new team to be spotlit in the tournament. This time, it was from the arms manufacturing sector, a team known as the Shotguns, going up against a team from the energy sector, the Gas. The Shotguns were 4-0 thus far, and the Gas were 3-0-1.

On January 6th, 2053, the crowd filtered in and the game was underway.

At the half, the score was 14-10, Gas. It would have been 14-3 were it not for a last-second touchdown pass. Matt, the quarterback for the Gas, got injured and they were checking out how bad the injury was.

As the teams took a break, the coach for the Shotguns was heard to say, "We're going to do a lot more passing, trust me on this." The coach for the Gas was heard to say, "Next possession, we go out there and score."

The final score of the game was 24-10, Gas. The player of the game was Calvin, with 158 yards rushing.
